FAQ
Five questions you're probably asking.
Do I need an account to use the free version?
No. Open /app and start authoring in your browser. Sign-in is only needed for server-backed features like share links, capture tokens, or Pro cloud sync. Manual authoring works offline once loaded.
What happens to my data if I cancel Pro?
Your local browser data is never touched, and you can download a complete, re-importable backup — your test cases and their screenshots — at any time. When you cancel, your synced cloud copy (cases, runs, screenshots) is kept for a 30-day grace period; re-subscribe to restore full access, and we email you when the window opens and before it closes. After that, the cloud copy is cleared to free storage — your exported backup still re-imports in full. Deleting your account erases everything right away.
Can I share evidence links with people who don't have an account?
Yes — that's the whole point. Anyone with the link can view without a paid seat. You can password-protect the link and set an expiry.
Is my test data private?
We don't sell it and we don't train AI on it. Free authoring stays in your browser until you choose sharing or capture. Pro screenshots and test data sync to your account's Cloudflare-backed storage; only you and people you explicitly share with can access them.
How do I cancel?
One click in your billing portal. No phone calls, no retention scripts.
